
Welcome to Kickboxing Circuit—45 minutes of pure, unapologetic intensity. Timed rounds and kickboxing-inspired moves will shred your cardio, torch your strength, and push your HIIT limits—at your personal max effort. Punch, kick, and crush high-rep weights as you build stamina, power, and total-body domination.
We start with a group warm-up to get the fire burning, then dive into stations that hit every muscle from core to glutes. By the end, you’ll finish with a team cooldown/stretch…if you can even move. Sweat, fight, and leave feeling unstoppable—because this class doesn’t just test your limits, it destroys them.
