Ages 13 & Up

M3 is a 50-minute class that blends functional strength, stability, and mindful control.
You’ll move with precision and purpose—focusing on clean form, controlled pacing, and deep mind–muscle connection.
This class isn’t about going harder; it’s about moving smarter and building strength you can feel in every rep.

Tabata Tuesday

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class built around 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for eight powerful rounds. These fast, explosive intervals are designed to torch calories, boost endurance, and strengthen the entire body. Each 45-minute class includes a dynamic warm-up and a proper cool-down to maximize performance and recovery.

This 60-minute class is all about building a strong, lifted booty. While the glutes take center stage, we’ll also target the hamstrings and quads—key muscles that support shape, strength, and balance. Welcome to Kickboxing Circuit—45 minutes of pure, unapologetic intensity. Timed rounds and kickboxing-inspired moves will shred your cardio, torch your strength, and push your HIIT limits—at your personal max effort.
