WTF (Weight Training Fitness)

Weight Training Fitness (WTF) is a high-impact, strength-driven workout designed to build lean muscle, burn fat, and sculpt your entire body from head to toe. This 60-minute class is sweaty, challenging, and unapologetically intense—yet fully scalable for all fitness levels.
