WTF (Weight Training Fitness)

Weight Training Fitness (WTF) is a high-impact, strength-driven workout designed to build lean muscle, burn fat, and sculpt your entire body from head to toe. This 60-minute class is sweaty, challenging, and unapologetically intense—yet fully scalable for all fitness levels. Expect to lift heavy, push limits, and walk out stronger, more confident, and wondering WTF just happened.
