Tabata Tuesday

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class built around 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for eight powerful rounds. These fast, explosive intervals are designed to torch calories, boost endurance, and strengthen the entire body. Each 45-minute class includes a dynamic warm-up and a proper cool-down to maximize performance and recovery.
