Small Group Training Thursday 6pm

Small Group Personal Training combines the personalized attention of one-on-one coaching with the energy and motivation of a group setting. Designed for 2–4 participants, each session is tailored to your fitness level and goals while keeping the workout challenging, dynamic, and fun.

With expert guidance, you’ll build strength, improve endurance, enhance mobility, and push past plateaus—all while benefiting from the support and accountability of a small, like-minded group. It’s personal training, amplified.
