Ages 13 & Up

M3 is a 50-minute class that blends functional strength, stability, and mindful control.
You’ll move with precision and purpose—focusing on clean form, controlled pacing, and deep mind–muscle connection.
This class isn’t about going harder; it’s about moving smarter and building strength you can feel in every rep.

Because this is an earlier time slot, we’re gathering interest before adding it to the schedule. If you know someone who may love this style of class, including teens, teachers, beginners or people that are available at this time please share.
