We start with 20 minutes of core activation to light everything up and get your body ready to move. Then we take that connection straight into dynamic, low-impact conditioning that builds strength, elevates your heart rate, and leaves you feeling worked — without beating up your joints.

This isn’t slow.

It’s intentional, challenging, and sneaky effective.
