Booty Fit

This 60-minute class is all about building a strong, lifted booty. While the glutes take center stage, we’ll also target the hamstrings and quads—key muscles that support shape, strength, and balance. Using a combination of weights, resistance bands, balls, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll work all the muscles necessary to sculpt, strengthen, and fire up your booty.
