As a Certified Personal Trainer, Life & Health Coach, and Nutrition Coach with nearly a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’m driven by a passion for helping people turn their potential into lasting strength—both physically and mentally.

I specialize in combining Pilates principles with strength training to develop core stability, functional strength, and efficient movement. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or looking to elevate your training, my focus is on education, empowerment, and creating sustainable habits that deliver long-term results.

I achieved this while working full-time and raising four children, proving that with consistency and dedication, anything is possible. My journey is about more than physical change—it’s about resilience, balance, and growth. Today, I help others achieve the same, showing that no matter how busy life gets, they can prioritize their health, reach their goals, and feel empowered every step of the way.

About Coach Lisa


I’ve been a personal trainer since 2003, with a practice grounded in science, experience, and intentional movement. My work focuses on building strength, alignment, and balance in a way that supports both performance and everyday life.

In 1994, I underwent a spinal fusion that covered most of my spine—an experience that permanently shaped how I move, train, and coach. Learning to rebuild strength, relearn movement patterns, and respect the body’s need for balance gave me a deep understanding of what it means to move with purpose. I know firsthand what it’s like to step away, lose strength, and begin again—and that perspective brings empathy and patience to everything I teach.

After 15 years of owning and operating my own fitness studio, I stepped away to support my son during an important season of his life. Without the demands of running a business, I now devote my full attention to helping others move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence through thoughtful, well-designed training.

My mission is to teach proper form, injury-aware training, and balanced strength that carries into real life. I believe fitness should be empowering, sustainable, and—once movement is understood—something people genuinely enjoy.
